The MBA Prep experience is a comprehensive curriculum culminating in a Fellow's application to graduate business school. MBAP Fellows receive one-on-one virtual coaching from experienced MLT staff, some of whom are former MBA Admissions Officers, and attend in-person seminars focusing on key elements of the application process.
The key elements of MBA Prep's curriculum are:
- School Research and Selection
- Individual Work Plan
- Industry Research
- Writing Skills
- Interviewing Skills
- GMAT Support and Guidance
- Resume Development
Seminars & Events
MLT events are designed to provide both general information and individualized instruction during the MBA application process. Business schools and corporate partners host MLT events so that participants have the additional benefit of visiting both business school and corporate campuses.
Peer Support... Getting Through The MBA Process
Applying for an MBA is an arduous process, and the MBA Prep Program is structured to provide Fellows with peer support in the form of other MBA Prep Fellows and MBA Prep alumni. MBA Prep Fellows are divided into regional cohorts of 20-30 Fellows who they can lean on for support during the application process. MBAP alumni have the inside experience on what it takes to successfully apply and make the transition into business school. With the support of MLT alumni already matriculated at the Fellows' target schools, Fellows will be more informed and thus better prepared to navigate the MBA application process.
