Journey to College

MLT has three programs that prepare high school students for college. Click on the headings below to find out more about each program.

Goldman Sachs Foundation Scholars Alumni Program

MLT has partnered with the Goldman Sachs Foundation to lead an initiative that supports under-represented college students as they transition from high school to college and prepare for early careers. These students have previously participated in one of the following well-respected middle school or high school programs: Bank Street/Liberty LEADS, Duke University Talent Identification Program, Educational Testing Service, Hispanic Scholarship Fund, Johns Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth, Let's Get Ready, the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), Prep for Prep, Princeton University Preparatory Program, Sponsors for Educational Opportunity, and University of Chicago's Collegiate Scholars Program.

Through the GSF Scholars Alumni Program, MLT equips students with hard and soft skills, coaching and mentoring, access to a high-performing peer community, and exclusive opportunities to engage early and often with leading industry professionals.  For more information about GSF's ongoing investment in programs that prepare underrepresented youth for college, please visit the Goldman Sachs Scholars Alumni Program website at: http://www.gsscholarsalumni.org/

Houston Fellows Program

Through the Houston Fellows Program, MLT-Houston provides an opportunity for high school seniors in the Greater Houston area to develop leadership and professional skills, access to a high-performing peer community, and exclusive opportunities to engage with local industry and civic professionals.
