Career Prep: Coaches

MLT's Career Prep Coaches are full-time staff members with career coaching expertise and industry experience. Coaches provide Fellows with one-on-one coaching and guidance throughout the Career Prep program. Coaches start by guiding each student through a thorough self-assessment, which helps students target relevant industries and jobs. They create a comprehensive and unique action plan for each student based on a gap analysis between the student's profile and the requirements of their target industries. The coach is responsible for driving student progress through the program and ensuring that each Fellow is an exceptional candidate for fast-track, entry-level opportunities.

COACHING MODEL

MLT's coaching model and curriculum has been developed in partnership with our corporate partners over the last 5 years. Whereas undergraduate career counselors have a 400:1 ratio, our coaches only have a 45:1 ratio, meaning that Fellows receive individualized attention.
